Andrew co-founded Osprey after 12 years in the Royal Navy, including 6 with UK Special Forces, then led maritime security divisions at International SOS and Control Risks before founding Osprey in response to the MH17 disaster.
Matt provides strategic direction for Osprey’s data collection and analysis, drawing on 14 years in aviation security and intelligence, including roles at MedAire & Control Risks and an eight-year US Air Force enlistment with deployments to Iraq and Afghanistan.
Mark brings over two decades of experience scaling technology and aviation businesses, most recently as COFO at Reliance Cyber and previously Managing Director of Europe Air at Gama Aviation. He holds an MEng in Avionics Systems.
Chris leads Osprey’s commercial organisation, bringing sales, partnerships, marketing and client success together under one customer-centric model. He brings over two decades of experience at Microsoft, SAP and S&P Global, including eight years in private equity-backed organisations.
Annalise is Osprey’s HR Director, focused on attracting, retaining and developing talent and fostering strong leadership. With over 25 years of HR experience across professional services, tech, hospitality and asset management, she is a Chartered CIPD member and executive coach.
Sylvia brings comprehensive legal, compliance and risk expertise. After training at a law firm in Edinburgh, she worked in corporate commercial law and procurement, served as European Counsel at Thermo Fisher, joined Aegis in 2007 as General Counsel and director.
They process raw data from our collection tools, decide what becomes an alert, monitor events as they unfold and provide the insights behind our case studies.
Mark oversees the Analysis team’s day-to-day running and contributes analytical output across many topics, with expertise in aviation terrorism. He spent over 18 years in UK government security and intelligence, latterly as senior aviation analyst advising on global terrorist threats.
Alexandra (Ally) manages delivery of all Osprey analysis products, including alerts and reports, and runs the Analytical Improvement Programme. She joined from Green Light, where she was sub-editor for a trade journal, and holds an MA in Forensic Linguistics.
Isobel ensures delivery of high-quality analysis products, including alerts and reports, researching violent non-state actor activity in the Americas, illicit flights and cyber incidents. She was previously a Geopolitical Intelligence Analyst and holds a master’s in Security Management from Portsmouth.
Rhys ensures the team’s analysis is communicated clearly and effectively to meet client needs. Previously a Senior Intelligence Analyst at Canary Wharf Group, focusing on terrorism, hostile state sabotage and violent crime, he holds degrees from LSE and Bristol.
Sean focuses on conflict, terrorism and political instability, with expertise in security across Africa and Asia. Before Osprey he worked for years in travel and security alongside government agencies, holding a master’s with distinction from Brunel University.
Mathilde has a particular interest in crime at aviation facilities and employee corruption, especially in Latin America. She previously worked as a geopolitical intelligence analyst specialising in business security risks and holds a master’s from Sciences Po Lille.
Logan provides expert analysis on electronic warfare and air defence weapons, focusing on conflict zone activity. A former Electronic Warfare Scientist, he has 17 years in the US Air Force and is a Master Sergeant in the Air National Guard.
Brijesh provides forecasts and analysis on geopolitical flashpoints across Asia-Pacific, with a focus on border conflicts and elections. He previously worked on Meta’s corporate security team and as a freelance consultant, holding a master’s from the London School of Economics.
Amelia specialises in Middle East geopolitics. She spent over a decade at Indonesia’s leading airline on security risk assessments and crisis response, later working as a geopolitical analyst at a military think tank, holding a master’s from King’s College London.

Stanislav (Stas) designs and delivers risk management methodology supporting Osprey’s clients across commercial aviation, business aviation and government sectors. Formerly Head of Group Safety at a major airline, he is pursuing PhD research into overflight security risk management.
Adam advises organisations on the design, implementation and maturity of effective risk management frameworks, drawing on extensive experience. He spent 12 years at the UK Civil Aviation Authority, helping develop their Security Management Systems (SeMS) Framework.

Laura joined Osprey in 2021 and manages, creates and nurtures valuable client relationships. With over 15 years in account management, she guides enterprise clients through onboarding, implementation and long-term growth, working closely with Sales, Product and Technical teams.
Nicola builds long-lasting relationships with Osprey clients, ensuring their experience of the system and business is world-class. With over 15 years of client-facing experience, her passion for service and support background provides a seamless end-to-end journey for every client.
Charlotte partners with clients to maximise the platform’s value and impact within their operations. She has worked in client strategy and success roles across technology, data analytics and financial services, helping teams translate complex technology into results.
Lauren ensures Osprey’s ongoing client partnerships succeed. She began her career as an Implementation Manager and, with over a decade of experience, has gained valuable insight from various client-facing and customer-related roles. Lauren joined Osprey in 2023.
Tatevik helps drive Osprey’s growth across sectors and manages key relationships. She served as Director General of Armenia’s Civil Aviation Authority, the first woman in the role, and holds a double master’s (CEMS MIM) in Innovation Management.
As co-founder and Head of Partnerships, Bruce drives the business’s strategic direction and vision, supporting commercial growth through industry partnerships. With over 15 years in aviation, he uses his experience to build and support our partners.
Aaron meets with commercial airlines and cargo operators to discuss how Osprey’s platform can add value. With 10 years’ experience in Technology & SaaS, he has worked with Airlines, ACMI providers and Cargo operators globally since joining Osprey in 2024.

Theo (Ted) focuses on new business, specialising in finding and building relationships with prospective clients. With six years in SaaS sales, he previously ran a small chocolate company, securing deals with retailers including Aldi and TJX, before moving into tech.
Jay works with airlines to help them understand, manage and respond to risk across their operations. He started as a history teacher before moving into sales for software and technology companies, bringing curiosity and partnership to his role.
Kathryn is a seasoned marketing professional with over two decades of experience in digital marketing and growth strategies. She spent five years running her own agency, consulting for tech and AI companies, and leads impactful campaigns balancing strategy and execution.
Natalie shapes and promotes Osprey’s brand identity within the industry. She joined in 2021 and has been instrumental in the company’s growth, holding a first-class honours degree in Marketing and CIM Levels 4 & 6 in Professional Marketing.
Danni develops content strategies that help Osprey’s commercial teams tell compelling stories about risk intelligence. She spent over five years at a GRC software provider, and her approach centres on understanding customers and making complex information accessible.
Eleanor (Ellie) supports Osprey’s marketing efforts across both digital and in-person platforms. She previously served as an Event Producer for The British Photography Awards and holds degrees from Appalachian State University and St. Joseph’s University.
The Osprey tech team consists of our software engineers, data scientists and testers. This team is responsible for the development and maintenance of the Osprey system, ensuring the system is using the most innovative and up-to-date technology for the best client experience.
Adam is responsible for the user interface of Osprey products and day-to-day management of the front-end delivery team. A Chartered Software Engineer with over 10 years in the software industry, his experience has focused on delivering software-as-a-service products.
Martin leads the design and evolution of Osprey’s cloud-native data platform, delivering secure, scalable, high-quality solutions that power the company’s mission. His experience spans Banking and Insurance, and he is passionate about building platforms that anticipate future challenges.
Alex leads the front-end team, ensuring Osprey’s platform is intuitive, user-friendly and performant. With over 10 years of software development experience, his day-to-day role involves ensuring proposed changes to processes, interfaces or products are fit for purpose.
Matthew leads Osprey’s application of Machine Learning and AI approaches across the product range. With over a decade of expertise as a Data Scientist, he worked across Financial Crime, Fraud and AML projects before joining Osprey in 2023.
Mark builds and sets up new development tools and infrastructure at Osprey. He graduated with a degree in Ethical Hacking and Cyber Security, joined IBM, and trained as a DevOps Engineer, becoming competent in various Cloud Computing tools and software.
Leon specialises in building scalable data architectures, data-driven products, and microservices. He focuses on building reliable, high-performance data workflows that support analytics and machine learning applications for Osprey’s platform and clients.
Steve focuses on the back-end of the system, designing reliable, scalable and maintainable solutions to store, process and deliver data. With over 15 years in web development, he worked on e-commerce, CMS and booking systems before joining Osprey in 2022.
Thomas designs, builds, and maintains software solutions that enhance risk management processes and deliver a better user experience. He holds a First-Class Honours Degree in Digital and Technology Solutions from the University of Hertfordshire.
Mohammed, with a deep passion for aviation, is dedicated to improving systems and creating more efficient, reliable products. He studied aviation at university and thrives on the challenge of optimising systems to deliver better, more efficient solutions for clients.
James works across the full stack to design, build and maintain reliable, scalable software as a Mid-Level Software Engineer. Before joining Osprey in June 2025, he worked in health-tech, following an earlier career as an NHS diagnostic radiographer.
Debbie focuses on the technical implementation, configuration and delivery of solutions across the platform. She works closely with engineering and customer teams to troubleshoot complex technical challenges, optimise integrations and ensure reliable, high-quality deployments.
Glen provides technical leadership across the development team, helping shape robust, scalable solutions and engineering practices. He works collaboratively across the business to solve complex challenges, support technical growth and deliver reliable technology that drives Osprey forward.
Andrew combines hands-on development with technical leadership and mentoring. With 20 years of software development experience, he brings expertise in .NET development, software architecture and delivery improvement, with a passion for helping developers grow.
The product team ensure Osprey’s products are fit for purpose and client-focused, they are focused on providing the best user experience of the system by scoping new products, and planning enhancements and developments.
Tom oversees product scoping and development, ensuring Osprey’s risk management process integrates the latest data collection, processing, and analytical techniques. With a background in social and political science, his prior analysis-focused role gave him deep system knowledge.
Ben is a key part of Osprey’s product team, working across the business to identify, analyse, and document complex problems as a critical thinker. He has over 7 years of experience in software businesses and is a certified Scrum Master.
Andrew leads product positioning, messaging and go-to-market strategy across Osprey’s portfolio. He spent 12 years in senior Product Marketing roles across five industries, most recently as Product Marketing Manager at XTM International.
Paul joined Osprey in 2026, bringing nearly three decades of experience across product, UX, branding and creative design. He was Director of User Experience at XTM International, where he led a redesign of the Xe App and grew clients by

Shauna works at the intersection of business goals and end-user needs within Osprey’s product team. She previously worked at a digital agency and is a graduate of Maynooth University, Ireland, where she earned a Master of Science in Design Innovation.
Pooja specialises in research, working closely with design and engineering teams to ensure products meet customer needs. She holds a degree in English Literature with a focus on Film, bringing a diverse background spanning education and commercial retail.
Lydia focuses on product delivery, playing a key role in managing the process of releasing new products. She holds a degree in Spanish and Arabic from St Andrews, and spent time living and working as an English teacher in Colombia.
