Mark oversees the Analysis team’s day-to-day running and contributes analytical output across many topics, with expertise in aviation terrorism. He spent over 18 years in UK government security and intelligence, latterly as senior aviation analyst advising on global terrorist threats.

Alexandra James

Alexandra (Ally) manages delivery of all Osprey analysis products, including alerts and reports, and runs the Analytical Improvement Programme. She joined from Green Light, where she was sub-editor for a trade journal, and holds an MA in Forensic Linguistics.

Isobel Kerr

Isobel ensures delivery of high-quality analysis products, including alerts and reports, researching violent non-state actor activity in the Americas, illicit flights and cyber incidents. She was previously a Geopolitical Intelligence Analyst and holds a master’s in Security Management from Portsmouth.

Rhys Jones

Rhys ensures the team’s analysis is communicated clearly and effectively to meet client needs. Previously a Senior Intelligence Analyst at Canary Wharf Group, focusing on terrorism, hostile state sabotage and violent crime, he holds degrees from LSE and Bristol.

Sean Patrick

Sean focuses on conflict, terrorism and political instability, with expertise in security across Africa and Asia. Before Osprey he worked for years in travel and security alongside government agencies, holding a master’s with distinction from Brunel University.

Mathilde Tisserand

Mathilde has a particular interest in crime at aviation facilities and employee corruption, especially in Latin America. She previously worked as a geopolitical intelligence analyst specialising in business security risks and holds a master’s from Sciences Po Lille.

Logan Coale

Logan provides expert analysis on electronic warfare and air defence weapons, focusing on conflict zone activity. A former Electronic Warfare Scientist, he has 17 years in the US Air Force and is a Master Sergeant in the Air National Guard.

Brijesh Khemlani

Brijesh provides forecasts and analysis on geopolitical flashpoints across Asia-Pacific, with a focus on border conflicts and elections. He previously worked on Meta’s corporate security team and as a freelance consultant, holding a master’s from the London School of Economics.

Amelia Rahmawaty

Amelia specialises in Middle East geopolitics. She spent over a decade at Indonesia’s leading airline on security risk assessments and crisis response, later working as a geopolitical analyst at a military think tank, holding a master’s from King’s College London.
