Ben is a key part of Osprey’s product team, working across the business to identify, analyse, and document complex problems as a critical thinker. He has over 7 years of experience in software businesses and is a certified Scrum Master.
Andrew Wright
Andrew leads product positioning, messaging and go-to-market strategy across Osprey’s portfolio. He spent 12 years in senior Product Marketing roles across five industries, most recently as Product Marketing Manager at XTM International.
Paul Brown
Paul joined Osprey in 2026, bringing nearly three decades of experience across product, UX, branding and creative design. He was Director of User Experience at XTM International, where he led a redesign of the Xe App and grew clients by 80%.
Scott Le
Scott has 8+ years of design experience across fintech, sports, aviation and energy, working with product teams at various maturity levels. At Osprey, he brings a research-led approach with AI embedded throughout, and was part of the Emmy-winning RECAP team.
Shauna Kelly
Shauna works at the intersection of business goals and end-user needs within Osprey’s product team. She previously worked at a digital agency and is a graduate of Maynooth University, Ireland, where she earned a Master of Science in Design Innovation.
Pooja Shah
Pooja specialises in research, working closely with design and engineering teams to ensure products meet customer needs. She holds a degree in English Literature with a focus on Film, bringing a diverse background spanning education and commercial retail.
Lydia Austin-Zimmerman
Lydia focuses on product delivery, playing a key role in managing the process of releasing new products. She holds a degree in Spanish and Arabic from St Andrews, and spent time living and working as an English teacher in Colombia.
